Information on Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution

Pursuant to Sections 14 to 20 of Act No. 364/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, with reference to Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll., the following information is provided to the consumer/client:

INFORMATION ON OUT-OF-COURT CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

  1. The seller informs the consumer in a clear, comprehensible and easily accessible manner about the entity responsible for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes relevant to the offered, sold or provided products or services. The information must also include the website address of this entity, which is the CZECH TRADE INSPECTION AUTHORITY – www.coi.cz.

    If the seller operates a website, this information must also be provided there.

  2. In the event of a dispute between the consumer and the seller that cannot be resolved directly between the parties, the seller shall provide the consumer with the information specified in paragraph 1 in written form or on another durable medium.
